Are all food and beverages included?

Only Breakfast, scheduled event caterings and welcome Dinner are included, along with non alcoholic beverages. Guests have flexibility to plan Lunch and other Dinners with their private Chef, groceries needed will be added to their invoice.

What about airport transfers, are these included ?
Yes, all of our guests at teamlodge have round trip airport transport included.

Is there a minimum number of guests required?
Yes, all bookings must have a minimum of 6 guests.

Can I cancel reservation once is paid and confirmed?
Do to the characteristics of our services, once reservations are confirmed they can only be cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply.

Payment fees incurred in transactions will be deducted on refund.

Can dates be changed on reservations?
Dates can be changed with the assistance from our staff, only if procured 60 days or more prior to arrival, within 59 days or less dates cannot be changed from original reservation.

When do I get to schedule our team’s activities and preferences?
Once your reservation is confirmed, our staff will contact you to collaborate in the planning and to make sure your team’s visit accomplishes all of your goals.

Why is the lodging prices and teamlodge packs detailed separately?
Our teamlodge pack has a fixed rate per person but the lodging depends on the property selected.

Can I book extra experiences ?
Yes, you can add as many activities as you wish, just have to notify your host for proper arrangements to be made. These extra activities can be added to companies bill before arrival or can also be paid at location.
