Reservation Policy
a-Bookings made 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival must pay 50% of the total amount of invoice and complete final 50% payment at 59 days prior to arrival scheduled date.
b-Bookings made 59 days or less from arrival scheduled date must pay 100% of total amount invoice.
Note: Team lodge LLC does not take bookings with less than 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date do to characteristics of our services
Change of dates for scheduled bookings
Once reservations are confirmed, dates can be changed in coordination with your assigned host with 60 days or more prior to arrival scheduled date.
No extra fees will be charged from original booking if new dates are at same seasonal rate, in case these new dates are on a different seasonal rate the necessary adjustments will be made.
Cancelations Policy
Do to the characteristics of our services, once reservations are confirmed they can only be Cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply.
Payment fees incurred in transactions will be deducted on refund.
