Reservation Policy

1. Bookings made 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival must pay 50% of the total amount of invoice and complete final 50% payment at 59 days prior to arrival scheduled date.


2. Bookings made 59 days or less from arrival scheduled date must pay 100% of total amount invoice.


Note: Team lodge LLC does not take bookings with less than 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date do to characteristics of our services

Change of dates for scheduled bookings

Once reservations are confirmed, dates can be changed in coordination with your assigned host with 60 days or more prior to arrival scheduled date.

No extra fees will be charged from original booking if new dates are at same seasonal rate, in case these new dates are on a different seasonal rate the necessary adjustments will be made.

Cancelations Policy

Do to the characteristics of our services, once reservations are confirmed they can only be Cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply. Payment fees incurred in transactions will be deducted on refund.

When does full refund apply for booking cancellations

1- Force Majeure
If a circumstance outside the control of guests, acting reasonably, from having normal use of the applicable Property or prevents either party from performing its obligations under this Agreement, all payments for any unused portion of the rental will be refunded.

2- If for any reason the property management company that is providing service to Team Lodge LLC cancels a reservation prior to check-in, guests will receive full refund,in this particular case Team Lodge LLC will assist client with finding comparable or better accommodations
Travel issues disrupting a stay

Guests should immediately notify and directly contact Team Lodge LLC should any problem or customer service issue arise while on Property. Guests shall allow the Property Management company reasonable time, under the circumstances, to remedy any outstanding customer service issue. In the event that a complaint cannot be remedied, and the Guests cannot, acting reasonably, have normal use and enjoyment of the applicable Property on account of the advertised condition of Property, Team Lodge LLC shall refund Guests immediately for any reasonable amount deemed necessary for restitution.

Liability

 

Team Lodge LLC acts as intermediary between property management companies and the clients.

Team Lodge LLC, shareholders, directors, employees and representatives will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to the person or the property suffered by the Client or any other person in connection with or incidental to the reservation or use of any Property.Team Lodge LLC is not responsible or liable in any way for the actions or faults of the property management company, any client or any other third party involved in the rental of any Property (including any provider of additional guest services or activities organized for any client). In no event will Team Lodge LLC or its representatives will be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with this agreement or the rental or use of any property.
